KrisFlyer Spontaneous Escapes is a monthly Singapore Airlines promotion that discounts selected Saver awards for KrisFlyer members. The routes, the booking window and the travel month change every time. The list for the current month is on Singapore Airlines' site.
Singapore Airlines describes the offer as 30% off Saver award rates on selected Singapore Airlines flights. Scoot has published its own Spontaneous Escapes redemptions in the same promotion, and the Scoot rate can differ. Taxes and fees are charged on top of the miles. Confirm the percentage on the page for the month you book, before you transfer or spend miles.
Singapore Airlines' steps are: log in to KrisFlyer, choose redeem flights, pick a flight in the Promo column, and check out on singaporeair.com or the SingaporeAir app. Seats are limited and offered first come, first served.
The terms are republished with each round. The published terms have covered miles-only awards on selected Singapore Airlines flights, booked online during that month's window, for travel in the stated period. They have also said changes and cancellations are not permitted, and that a booking outside the window is not eligible. Use the terms on the page you book from.
