There is no single best day to book every flight from Singapore. The travel date moves the price more than the weekday you search. Book when the fare sits under the usual price for that route and those dates.
A Friday in a school holiday and a Tuesday in a quiet week are different products, even on the same route. Open a month on the fare calendar before you lock the day. The cheaper weeks are the ones away from school holidays and public holidays.
Search as soon as the trip is real, and turn on a price alert. For a public holiday or a long weekend, the cheaper seats are the ones other people want too. Book a fare you are willing to pay once you see it under the usual range for those dates.
Let the calendar pick the day. Check a few nearby dates, including midweek, and book the one that is actually low. A rule about "the best Tuesday" is weaker than the grid in front of you.
Google Flights can track a route you chose and show a month of prices. Halfare emails a fare from Changi when it is 50% or more below the usual price for that route, checked the same day. Join the free early list. A 7-day free trial and S$79 a year follow.
There is no weekday that is cheapest for every Singapore route. Compare the dates you would fly. The travel date matters more than the day you sit down to search.
For a fixed holiday, start watching a few months out and book when the fare is one you will pay. For a flexible trip, book when the fare sits under the usual price for those dates.
Sometimes it drops, and sometimes the cheaper seats sell. A price alert watches the route while you get on with other things.
On our route pages, Google's typical range is the benchmark when we have one. Halfare writes when a fare is about half that usual price.
